REMY is a musician, composer and producer who creates his own musical world and is known as one of the best harpists in the world. His music consists of a blend of pop, minimal, impro, jazz and electronics. Trained as a classical musician, he won some of the most prestigious awards (USA International Harp Competition, Dutch Music Prize), played Carnegie Hall New York at the age of fifteen and made his debut in the main hall of the Royal Concertgebouw of Amsterdam the following year. He toured around the world as one of the most sought-after harpists of his generation, but then decided to venture his own path and started writing his own music. His first record with his own music - Tomorrow Eyes - was released by Deutsche Grammophon in 2016 He plays the Reús49, a revolutionary new harp build for him by harp maker Salvi, with support of the Dutch Musical Instruments Foundation.
